Guide gratuity, bucks scoring above 160", and non-hunting guests. Larger-buck upgrades and additional arrangements can be discussed before the trip.

The Rifle Shot Guarantee

A Reasonable Rifle-Shot Opportunity in the Booked Class — or One Additional Night Is on Us

If a hunter is not presented a reasonable rifle-shot opportunity at a buck in the class they booked, Rolling Ridge will provide one additional night during the current hunt when available, or at another time in the same season.

If the hunter passes: the opportunity fulfills the guarantee.

If the hunter misses: the opportunity fulfills the guarantee.

If an animal is wounded: it is considered a harvest and must be paid for.

Rifle only: the guarantee does not apply to bow or crossbow hunts because of the added distance and shot variables.

Who is this trip best suited for?

It works especially well for business owners, sales leaders, valued clients, vendors, and top performers who already enjoy hunting or have always wanted a guided whitetail experience.

Does every hunter have a guide?

Yes. Every hunter is guided. Depending on the hunt plan and conditions, that may be one guide per hunter or one guide working with two hunters.

Can we upgrade to larger bucks?

Yes. The package includes bucks up to 160" gross score. Larger score classes can be added at the applicable upgrade price.

Can non-hunting guests join us?

Non-hunting guests are not included in the $20,000 package. Ask Chris about the group and lodging plan before inviting additional guests.

Can the trip be longer than two nights?

Two nights and three days is standard. Additional nights may be available depending on the ranch schedule and can be priced separately.

What happens after a harvest?

Rolling Ridge handles field dressing and stores the deer in the walk-in cooler until your group departs. Final processing and taxidermy are not included.
